Broadcasters, filmmakers, producers, advertising agency executives, regulators and policymakers from all over Africa are expected in Nairobi for the first African Broadcast and Film Conference from 23-25 September. The gathering at the Kenyatta International Conference Centre will explore such issues as competition, advertising, multi-media platforms such as the internet, local content development, piracy, production technology and regulatory and policy issues.
