Following weeks of preparations six students from The Juilliard School in New York depart for Tanzania on 15 May to lead a two-week performing arts workshop with students at the Umoja Youth Empowerment Centre in Arusha. The group of two musicians, one dancer and three actors will introduce participants to a range of artistic disciplines through activities and games before encouraging them to devise their own performance, which will be shown at Via Via cultural caf
