The British High Commission in Nairobi has announced that after 31 July all British passport applications will no longer be processed in Nairobi but in Pretoria, South Africa.

Details about the procedure are posted on the High Commission website www.ukinkenya.fco.gov.uk or can be obtained directly from the Consular section in Nairobi.

There will also be explanatory meetings at the Karen Club on 10 July from 10.00-11.30, at the Muthaiga Club on 10 July from 14.30-16.00 and at the Braeburn School, Gitanga Road on 14 July at 18.00.

For passport renewals, applications must be sent directly to Pretoria by courier at the applicants
