Dar es Salaam hosts Kagame Cup

Dar es Salaam is to host 2012 regional football club championship, popularly known as the Kagame Cup, from 14-29 July.

The president of the Council of East and Central African Football Associations (CECAFA) Leodegar Tenga called for sponsorship to help the cash-strapped sports body in staging the event which he said costs a minimum of $500,000.
