Emirates Airlines has increased its services to and from Cairo International Airport as Egypt attempts to restore its damaged tourism industry after the recent revolution. The carrier now offers 12 flights a week to Cairo from Dubai, with services operating five days a week.

Jean Luc Grillet from the airline's commercial operations unit for Africa said that the move was reflective of the level of air traffic at Cairo
