Kenyans have reacted with song and dance to the victory of Democratic senator for Illinois Barack Obama in the race for the White House. Supporters across the country took to the streets in jubilation in response to the historic win. Obama, whose late father was Kenyan, is the first African-American to be elected to the presidency of the United States, beating Republican candidate John McCain.
