The 46th edition of the Maputo International Trade Fair (Facim) is to take place from 30 August to 5 September. Prospective exhibitors have until the end of June to request a space at the exhibition venue in central Maputo.

Facim brings together local and international businesses especially from the southern African region to present and promote their latest products and services in the areas of communications, consumer goods and textiles among other things. The 2009 edition saw participation from 700 exhibitors from 14 countries, 200 more than the previous year.
