The US foreign aid agency the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) has signed a contract in Maputo with the South African contractor WBHO Construction for the rehabilitation of the Nacala dam, in the port city in the north of the country. The bulk of the $28 million contract is financed through the agency
