The School of St Jude has officially opened its second campus at Usa River near Mount Kilimanjaro. The new premises, which are already half full, complement the original campus at Moshono in Arusha.

St Jude is an English-medium sponsorship-supported school catering primarily for orphaned and vulnerable children from poor backgrounds. It currently offers free primary education to almost 1,000 children although there are plans to introduce a secondary school in the near future.
