Acacia Jazz Festival

1 Feb. The German electric guitarist Werner Neumann inaugurates the Acacia Jazz Festival, which takes place on the following weekend.

Born 1964 in Cologne, Werner studied music and jazz guitar and later became a lecturer. He played in various bands and recorded over 40 albums. Neumann has worked as sideman with artists such as Richie Beirach, Dennis Chambers, Keith Copeland, Yves Eigenrauch, John Goldsby, Dave King, Simon Nabatov, Dick Oats, Bill Ramsey, Ronny Verbiest and Jiggs Whigham.
