Accra cultural city workshop.

29-31 Oct 2008. Three-day workshop looking at what makes a cultural city, how to promote culture through the media, how to generate sponsorship for cultural events and how to raise funds. Participants include Ghanaian cultural representatives and representatives from past and future European Capitals of Culture, including Frank Motz from Weimar, Nadia Grizzo from Essen, Julie Chenot from Marseille and Emilie Wacker from Lille.
