African retrospective 2005/6.

6 Dec 2006-18 Feb 2007. This exhibition organised by the foreign correspondents association of East Africa (FCAEA) presents the pick of photographs of Africa taken over the last couple of years. It includes work by more than a dozen international photojournalists and aims to give a rounded view of the continent and its many facets. On the opening night visitors will be asked to vote for the best photo, which will receive the FCA photo award. The work in the exhibition will be auctioned to raise money to support the work of local photographers. FCAEA represents correspondents and freelance media professionals working in the East Africa and Horn of Africa regions. It currently has about 300 members.
