13-27 October 2012. This exhibition, entitled Black Light Project, is organized by Goethe Institut in collaboration with German embassy and Lagos Photo Festival.

This project gathers together the photographs, drawings and graphic novels by 15 international artists, who reported the stories of daily life and survival during the wars in Liberia, Sierra Leone, Guinea Bissau and Ivory Coast.

Among these works are the epic and intriguing photographs on West African civil wars by Wolf Böwig. Böwig has travelled extensively around West Africa and has reported many conflicts in these regions.
