Breaksession Bboy Battle

13 January 2012. This break-dance performance is entitled Breaksession Bboy Battle by Joe Nene (a.k.a. Bboy Kay/BreakDj Kay).

This event was performed for the first time in Kenya in July 2011 and had a great success.

Its goal is to spread break-dance and the so called Bboy Revolution around Kenya as part of the hip-hop culture.

Participants will battle, compare and work with other performers to share similar skills and ideals.

Joe Nene started dancing 17 years ago, inspired by the late Michael Jackson, and continued under the influence of Usher, the late Aaliyah, and

Missy Eliott.

Event starts at 19.00.
