11 - 20 September 2009. The fourth outing of the Dockanema Film Festival can be enjoyed for free at various locations throughout Mozambique. A broad selection of documentaries is on offer as well as the chance to meet film makers and take part in discussion forums and master classes. The aim of the festival is to promote visual culture in a creative way and highlight topical issues with particular emphasis on Africa and Mozambique.
