7 March-30 April 2008. Cartoons on the post-electoral violence in Kenya are on display at the Goethe Institut in Nairobi. The exhibition has been organised in conjunction with the Association of East African Cartoonists (KATUNI) and the Friedrich Ebert Foundation (FES), a cultural organisation that promotes social democracy through education, to initiate discussion on the root causes of the violence and help identify a lasting solution. The exhibition runs until 28 March. From 1-30 April the cartoons will be on display in the library-lounge.
