The annual fashion show, sponsored by Mercedes Benz and African Fashion International, for South African spring and summer collections.
The showings are for both men's and women's wear. More than 25 designers with 17 catwalk shows include David Tlale (Johannesburg) Gavin Rajah (Cape Town), Marianne Fassler (Johannesburg), Craig Port, Fabiani and Stefania Morland.
Tickets for the Rajah show on 24 July show are already sold out. There are also workshops on marketing and business advice, especially for students new to the field.
The events run for three days at Cape Town's International Convention Centre.
