Cape Town symphony season

The spring concert season of Cape Town Philharmonic Orchestra has concerts every Thursday evening at Cape Town City Hall.

The 2014 season marks the orchestra's 100th anniversary with international and national musicians and conductors.

Symphonies by Rachmaninov, Dvorak, Franck and Shostakovich are included in the programme.

The orchestra also performs with the Cape Town Opera and Cape Town City Ballet, has two youth orchestras and various township training projects.
