CirCairo: Cairo International Circus Festival

6-23 October 2010. Al Mawrad Al Thaqafy, a non-profit cultural organization that supports artistic creativity in the Arab regions, has organized an international circus festival for the first time in Cairo, which will gather artists from different European and Arab countries. Among the performers are the street artists Los2 Playteam from Spain, I Baccala from Italy, Circus Baf from Belgium and Electric Circus from Iraq.

The purpose of the festival is to introduce the circus culture to the Egyptian capital and attract public attention on this form of art.
