Colour Conference

This international Christian-based female movement meets in Cape Town this year.

Each year the conference is held in a different city (Sydney in 2014 and New York in 2016) to focus on some of the world's most crucial humanitarian problems such as human trafficking, child soldiers and poverty.

This year the emphasis is on domestic violence. Statistics indicate that in South Africa one woman is killed every eight hours by someone close to her.
