25-28 Feb 2009. Highlights of this annual community festival include live music by Odyssey, Phase 1 and CueCumber Jazz and dance performances by Strictly Dancing and Dreamcast. The carnival is organised by Community Chest of Western Cape, a fund-raising, investor and development organisation supporting community development projects in the Cape. 25 and 26 Feb 18-00-23.00, 27 Feb 17.00-24.00, 28 Feb 12.00-23.00.
