Conference on Eco-Gastronomy

28 March 2012. The Ambassador of Italy, Ms. Paola Imperiale, invites the public to participate to a conference on the Slow Food philosophy, entitled Eco-Gastronomy, held by Carlo Petrini, Founder and President of the Slow Food Movement.

Petrini lives in a small town in the Piedmont region and has written many books on eco-gastronomy, better known as sustainable development with high-quality food production. Since 2004
he was nominates President of the University of Gastronomic Sciences (UNISG) of Pollenzo (Cuneo).

Conference starts at 18.30.
