15-18 June 2006. Jazzart Dance Theatre in association with Phenduka Dance Theatre,

Dance For All Youth Company, CAFDA Youth Dance Company 34/18, Vadhini Indian Arts Academy and Namjive presents Danscape 2006, a performance by some of South Africas top young dancers. The programme features a range of styles from contemporary to Indian dance. For the gala opening on 15 June former Jazzart dancers will come together to perform artistic director Alfred Hinkels Bolero, which has been a part of the dance theatres repertoire for nearly 20 years. Gala tickets are R250 and proceeds will go towards the Danscape Bursary Fund in support of young people wanting to pursue a career in the arts.
