9 Dec 2006. Electronic musicians DJ Oil and Jeff Sharel from France perform a mixture of jazz, electro, funk, Afrobeat and other sounds during the Ethiopian leg of their current world tour. The performance is the result of a week spent working with Ethiopian artists at the Alliance Ethio-francaise. DJ Oil and Sharel have performed solo and with their respective bands in collaboration with some of the top names of international jazz, hip-hop and world music. They are known for their blend of music styles, drawing inspiration from a variety of western, eastern and African sounds. 18.30. Tickets 20 birr.
