The 22nd Annual Freshpak Rooibos Fitness Festival in Clanwilliam north of Cape Town includes swimming (3 km), a biathlon (5 km running, 20 km cycling), a duathlon (5 km running, 20 km cycling, 5 km running) and a triathlon (800 m swim, 20 km cycling, 5 km running). Events are open to individual participants or teams and anyone can take part irrespective of personal fitness. There is also a FitKids field event with running and swimming for children.
