9 June-3 July 2010. The African Arts Institute presents this comedy to reverse the common perception of Africa related to war, hunger and disease. On the occasion of the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa and the celebrations for the 50th anniversary of the independence of 17 countries across the continent, this show brings together a cast of stand-up comedians from all over Africa who entertain the audience with their reflections on Africa, football and independence.
