Gatwitch Festival 2010

2-4 December 2010. For the first time this music festival, which is organized by Gatwitch, an international record label and production company ran by Emmanuel Jal, takes place on African territory.

This three-day festival foresees a rich programme of musical events by local and international artists and live performances by Carol Atemi, Emmanuel Jal, Juliani, Chris Adwar and The Villagers Band.

Furthermore, the festival hosts various exhibitions of paintings, wood carvings, textiles, pottery and other visual arts. Some individuals and opinion makers, who are highly successful in the work fields, will give speeches and share their experiences. Last but not least vendors will sell local products, food and handicrafts.

This event celebrates local talent in various fields such as music, art and creativity, education and technology.
