Global Youth Employment Crisis Conference

3-4 Feb. This workshop, entitled The Global Youth Employment Crisis in a Comparative Perspective, is organized by the School of Global Affairs and Public Policy and the Munk School of Global Affairs of the University of Toronto.

The emphasis is on the Middle East and North Africa regions, which have one of the world’s highest levels of youth unemployment. It also analyses the large gender gap in employment, with very low female participation in the labour market.
