29 June-8 July 2006. South Africas oldest and biggest arts festival offers an programme of theatre, music, song, dance and film by local and foreign artists. Launched in 1974 with around 60 items, today the festival in the university town of Grahamstown boasts closer to 600 events on the main and fringe programmes.
