23 Nov 2008. The Great Ethiopian Run, this year in its eighth edition, should see up to 32,000 participants from Ethiopia and beyond. The ten-kilometre road race will be accompanied by a series of races for children aged under 8 and under 11, which will take place in Meskel Square on 22 Nov. Registration for Ethiopian residents is 40 Birr. For details see the event website.
