International Shopping Festival.

Expected to bring more than 100 traders from 8 Middle and Far-Eastern countries including Syria, Pakistan, Iran, India, China, Malaysia, Oman and Turkey and, closer to home, Egypt and Kenya, the forthcoming International Shopping Festival is the first of its kind to be organised in Tanzania. It is hoped that, as well as offering citizens of Dar es Salaam a chance to browse and purchase many quality foreign products such as textiles and furniture, the festival will serve as a crossroads for establishing future business relationships. Organisers Nizam Exhibitions anticipate up to 4,000 shoppers and merchants each day.
