10-15 August 2009. This is the fourth edition of the international film festival, production workshop and audiovisual media platform dedicated to children and youth. The programme includes screenings of films by, about and for children and a three-day conference bringing together independent producers of film, video and television in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, Democratic Republic of Congo, southern Sudan, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Djibouti and Somalia to explore how to make the audiovisual media sector sustainable.
