Mtoto wa Nyoka ni Nyoka Art Exhibition

9 September-15 October 2011. This exhibition brings together some black and white paintings by the Kenyan painter and sculptor Paul Onditi.

Onditi grew up in Kenya and moved to Germany after college to attend the Offenbach University of Arts. His works, which combine African nature and a European acquired artistic knowledge, take viewers to strange, scary places, characterized by a dead calm that disturbs and attracts. For many years Onditi has been inspired by tragedy of the soul in the Christian tradition.
