29 Oct-20 Dec 2009. This exhibition features paintings by the Greek artist Eleftherios Mystakas, who is specialized in contemporary Christian art and iconography. For this series Mystakas has drawn inspiration from the poems of Yannis Ritsos (1909-1990), one of the four great Greek poets of the 20th century. Ritsos was also a left-wing activist and an active member of Greek resistance during World War Two.
