2-3 May 2009. Veteran Zimbabwean singer-songwriter and guitarist Oliver Mtukudzi and his group the Black Spirits are in Addis Ababa for two performances alongside Ethiopian reggae group Natural Mystic. On 2 May they will be performing at a gala dinner and concert at Dagim Millennium Hotel (Old Airport area), starting at 18.30. Tickets cost Birr 350 or Birr 3,500 for a table and proceeds go to the Center for Mentally Challenged Children. The following day they will be in the African Union compound for a bazaar and music show; the bazaar starts at 10.00 and the music at 14.00. Entry is Birr 100 for adults, Birr 50 for children aged 10-17 years and free for children up to 9.
