1-30 October 2011. This exhibition, entitled On Red Ground, is the first one by the British artist Roy Pickering ever displayed in Kenya. On display is a new series of mixed media paintings on aluminium and paper.
The artist uses rags, sticks and brushes to create his paintings, inspired by his native Nottinghamshire.
Pickering has frequently visited Kenya over the past 25 years, which has inspired many of his works. In 2010 he has displayed his works at the London
