8-26 Feb 2010. Tanzanian photographer Mwanzo Millinga presents images from his personal project Masai Impressions.

Born in 1967, Millinga has worked extensively as a photographer in Tanzania, Norway and Sweden. His images touch on such themes as water, gender and climate change and he has become an important advocate for good governance and development. Recent projects in Tanzania include The Life of Young Miners in Mererani and work for the Millennium Development Goals book project New Stories, published by World Press Photo Foundation in April 2008.

Millinga will be present at the Goethe-Institut to talk about his work and photography in general on 25 Feb at 19.00.
