This annual show supported by the institute of surveyors of Kenya focuses on property construction and ownership, interiors, bank loans and mortgages, security, insurance and related issues. Exhibitors come from Uganda, United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and South Africa, as well as Kenya. The East African country is enjoying a sustained property boom although there are renewed concerns about building safety and industry regulation following the collapse of a building under construction in Nairobi in January, in which at least 20 people were killed.
