1-12 July 2007. Sculpture and painting by veteran Egyptian artist Sobhie Girgis is on display at the Mahmoud Khalil Museum in Cairo. Born in 1929, Girgis specialised in sculpture in Egypt before obtaining a general diploma from the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence, Italy, in 1964. Since then he has taken part in numerous group and solo exhibitions in Egypt and abroad. 10.00-18.00. Mon closed.
