The theme of the second edition of this performing arts festival in Lagos is “Telling Our Stories” through music, dance, literature fashion and workshops.
In Hausa the word Taruwa means “gathering” and the festival is designed as a gathering of artists and intellectuals to explore the frontiers of Nigerian and African performing arts.
Events take place at the arts and cultural centre TerraKultura.
