The Barber of Seville

Rossini's opera buffa is a contribution to Cape Town's Movember, a worldwide, month-long event, when men grow a moustache to raise awareness of prostate and testicular cancer.

This new production is performed by the Cape Town Opera, conducted by Kamal Khan from the US and directed by the opera company's artistic director Christine Crouse.

It has a Cuban feel, with designs that spill over into the foyer and special cocktails for the Happy Hour.
