The Driver’s Dexterity.

27-30 Nov 2009. This exhibition features shots by Nigerian photographer and photojournalist George Osodi exploring the lack of good road networks and the devastating effects of motor accidents in Africa. The photographer looks at issues related to the damage caused to African communities by reckless drivers.

Osodi has undertaken numerous assignments for both local and international media and his images have been published in the New York Times, Time Magazine, The Guardian, The Daily Telegraph, USA Today, International Herald Tribune, CNN and BBC Focus on Africa Magazine. In 2004 Osodi was made Fuji African Photojournalist of the Year.

Osodi has exhibited his work in Lagos, London, Kassel and Berlin among other places.
