9 May 2010. On the occasion of EU week, which celebrates the committment of the European union states in Ghana, the Goethe-Institut organises the screening of The Edge of Heaven by the Turkish director Fatih Akin. After his trilogy Love, Death and the Devil, a piercing story of destructive passion, Akin presents this new, more philosophical and spiritual film about six characters living in Hamburg and Istanbul and their personal evolution after facing death.
The screening starts at 15.00 and lasts 120 minutes.
