28 Nov 2009. The charity Orphans' Foundation Fund was established in 2002 to encourage the pooling of resources by orphanages in Tanzania. Together with Wheels of Action it is hosting the Orphan Games in Arusha, a sporting event which encourages orphaned children to achieve and to interact with their peers in a supportive and understanding environment.
