The Selection 3 Group Exhibition

6 December 2010-6 January 2011. This group exhibition entitled The Selection 3 brings together the works by pioneer Egyptian artists of the likes of Shaker El-Meadawi, Sayed Abdel-Rasoul, Raouf Raafat, Salah Taher, El-Hussein Fawzi and Margaret Nakhla as well as more contemporary artists such as Mustafa El-Razzaz, Abdel-Aal Hassan, Mustafa Meshaal, Mustafa Ramzi, Abu-Bakr El-Nawawy, Shaker El-Maadawy and Raouf Raafat.

On display are 60 paintings created with different materials. For example, El-Hussein Fawzi, who participates to this exhibition as a special guest of honour, presents a huge painting created in 1943 which represents an Upper Egyptian woman who carries food to her husband waiting in the field.

Mustafa El-Razzaz displays a selection of expressionistic paintings such as Noah's Ark. Abdel-Aal Hassan
