2-7 November 2009. The XVII International Conference of Ethiopian Studies is being held at the Institute of Ethiopian Studies at Addis Ababa University. Ethiopia is a geographical and cultural cross-roads, where the people of Africa, the Middle East and the Mediterranean have converged for thousands of years, and the annual conference has much to discuss.
