Portuguese cultural centre

The Centre of Portuguese Language-Camões Institute (CLP-IC) was inaugurated in September 1999 as a resource for teachers of Portuguese language and culture. The CLP-IC functions as a research and documentation centre and as a place for meeting and coordinating activities not only for Portuguese teachers working in the region, but also in other parts of the world; internet and radio facilities enable them to exchange ideas and information and find out about activities in each area.
